Welcome! We wanted to provide you with a brief introduction!  We are the St. Hilaire family, in Oct 2022 we realized a long time dream to own a house on a lake!  We bought a beautiful home on Ridge Rd. here on Frye Island!  We are excited to join the Frye Island Community and help out fellow islanders along the way.

When we are not enjoying island life in Maine, our full time business is property management back in Massachusetts.  We have been in residential property management for 17 years, so we have a VAST experience base solving problems, repairing and maintaining homes and cottages.

We are here to help so feel free to put our experience and collection of tools to work, even if its not something we can resolve, we will be happy to troubleshoot and try to help send you in the right direction.
